| Compliance Statement | The ECMSA Antitrust Guidelines are designed to ensure ECMSA meetings' compliance with the legal framework as set out in art. 81 of the EC Treaty, which prohibits all agreements between undertakings, decisions by associations of undertakings and concerted pratices which may affect trade between members states and which have as their object of effect the prevention, restriction or disortion of competition within the common market.
